Hi! We are Nikki & Tony, a husband and wife team who lives for pets. We started Pearl Paws because we know just how difficult it can be to find someone that will care for your pet as much as you do. We are a boutique pet service that focuses on making pet care a more personal experience. You will never not know who is coming to your home to pick up your pup or visit your kitty. We take time to get to know you and your pet so we can be the best at what we do. We are much more than a dog walking company. We consider our clients family. We have been with our clients through death, miscarriage, those needing an emergency contact or a ride to the doctor when they don't have anyone else. We want to make sure we provide the best care possible so you never have to worry. This is truly our passion and seeing our clients happy and their dogs happy is the most rewarding part.
We've been professionally walking dogs and pet sitting since 2006, but have been looking after pets our whole lives. Whether it’s walking your dog, feeding your cat, or taking care of your pet while you’re away, we will always provide a nurturing and safe environment. Nikki and Tony are the best pet sitters and dog-walkers I have met in Portland! I interviewed quite a few people before choosing Nikki and Tony to take care of my dogs when I can't be home. I was looking for someone who would enjoy spending time with my dogs as much as I do. I wanted to know that my dogs would be safe, happy and healthy when I leave them with a sitter -- whether I'm out of town for just one day, or for an entire week. My search ended when I met Nikki and Tony. When they came over to meet my dogs I could tell they were different right away. It's obvious that they love dogs and are excited to be working with them. My dogs were drawn to them right away! They asked all the right questions and showed genuine concern for the well-being of my pets.
When they walk my dogs (or come by to feed them at my apartment) they send photos and videos! I couldn't ask for better pet sitters!
